Dear Customer Please Read Below FAQ before shopping with us. (for accessories)

Q : Is that ready stock?
A:  No, we will order when it reaches quota, and dear customers will be informed  

Q : How often do you restock?
A : We restock randomly every week. 

Q : How do I make payment?
A : Only bank transfer/cash deposit is currently accepted. 

Q : Do you offer meet up?
A : Meet up only available at Kampar area.

Q : I receive the parcel, but some wasn't receive, WHY?
A : If you don't receive some of the item you have bought , the item must be OUT OF STOCK. 

Q : If item Out Of Stock, where/how is my balance money?
A :  It will be refund to you. 


Q : Item broken, can I refund?
A : We WILL NOT send broken item, any damage during delivery we will not responsible. If only the hook of necklace can't open or gemstone fall down, we will replace a new 1 for you. Postage you will need to bear yourself, and we will bear the postage when send it back to you. Any exchange/refund must be inform in 3 days. Any late inform we will not entertain.
